The EIT Digital Champions 2025 competition has officially opened applications, providing an exceptional platform for digital tech scaleups to elevate their growth and secure the resources they need to succeed. Currently in its 12th edition, this programme sponsored by STMicroelectronics and GEA Digital aims to empower scale-ups with innovative solutions to compete globally, supporting the European innovation ecosystem.

How It Works:

• Application: The application period runs from September 25th to December 2nd.
• Finalists: EIT Digital will shortlist up to 50 companies to advance to the final round, where they will pitch their ideas to a panel of distinguished investors.
• Champions: From the finalists, selected winners will be granted free access to the 12-month EIT Digital Growth Services Program. They will also be invited to attend an associated VIP investor dinner event hosted by EIT Digital.

Who is it for?

This competition is open to fast-growing European scaleups that:

• Offer differentiated products leveraging cutting-edge digital technologies.
• Were incorporated after January 1, 2015.
• Generate annual revenue exceeding €500,000 or have raised at least €2 million in funding.
• Are headquartered in the EU or Horizon Europe-associated countries.

The programme encourages diversity and inclusion, strongly emphasising supporting scale-ups with women in leadership roles.
